Abstract:Objective To understand the burden of chronic lower respiratory diseases(CLRDs)in Zhangwu and Fengcheng of Liaoning Province from 2015 to 2016. Methods All cause mortality data and demographic data from 2015 to 2016 in Zhangwu and Fengcheng were collected,and CLRDs mortality,years of life lost(YLL),YLL per 1 000 people(YLLR),YLL per capita(AYLL),working years of potential life lost(WPYLL),WYPLL per 1 000 people(WYPLLR)and WYPLL per capita(AWPYLL)were collected. Results From 2015 to 2016,the mortality of CLRDs in Zhangwu and Fengcheng was 31.43/100 000,and the standardized mortality rate was 22.08/100 000,of which the mortality rate of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)was the highest,which was 15.39/100 000. The YLL caused by CLRDs death was 5 116.29 years,AYLL was 8.33 years per person,WPYLL was 560.00 years,AWPYLL was 0.91 years per person. Among them,the YLL and WPYLL of male CLRDs in 2016 were more than those in 2015,while females in 2016 YLL and WPYLL were less than those in 2015. YLL and WPYLL in Fengcheng were larger than those in Zhangwu. YLL and WPYLL for different diseases were the largest in COPD. They were 3 547.60 and 362.50 years respectively. YLLR was positively correlated with age(rs = 0.985,P<0.05),and WPYLLR had no linear trend with age (P>0.05). Conclusion From 2015 to 2016,the life loss and work loss caused by early death of CLRDs in Zhangwu and Fengcheng were serious,and the loss of life expectancy increased with age. The male and the elderly people were high-risk groups,and the COPD was a dangerous disease for CLRDs.
