If the manuscript is published, according to the relevant provisions of the 'Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China' and its implementation regulations, considering the creative work invested by the journal before the formal publication of the manuscript, the author agrees to transfer the copyright of the manuscript to the Editorial Office of China Preventive Medicine Journal worldwide from the date of its formal publication. This includes but is not limited to compilation rights, distribution rights, reproduction rights, translation rights, and information network dissemination rights. The journal has the right to permit domestic and foreign literature retrieval systems and databases to index and use it. The journal has the right to publish and use the manuscript in various media, formats, and languages, existing and future. After the publication of the manuscript, the journal will pay a one-time remuneration to the author, which includes the cost of transferring the copyright of the manuscript.
