Q: When will I receive the invoice for the payment?
A: The electronic invoice will be sent to the first author's email in the month the paper is published.
Q: I have transferred the funds via bank counter or online banking, but the editorial office has not received the payment. What could be the reason?
A: First, please check if the funds have been returned. If not, carefully verify if the remittance information is correct. The most common reason for unsuccessful remittances is incorrect account name, such as omitting the book marker “《》”.
Q: How long after acceptance will it take for the manuscript to be published? When can I receive sample issues?
A: Generally, it takes 3 to 6 months after acceptance for the manuscript to be published. Our journal is published on the 10th of each month, and authors can receive the sample issues about one week after publication.
Q: After the manuscript is accepted, if there are changes in authorship, order of authors, affiliations, or funding projects, what documents are needed?
A: An email should be sent to the editorial office explaining the reasons and items of change, and the Copyright Transfer Agreement and proof of funding support should be resubmitted.
