| Cerebral-cardio vascular diseases death and cause eliminated life expectancy among residents of Zhejiang Province in 2016 |

Abstract Objective To explore the impact of cerebral-cardio vascular diseases death on life expectancy among residents in Zhejiang Province. Methods This study was based on the mortality data collected from Zhejiang Chronic Disease Surveillance Information and Management System in 2016，we calculated the mortality of cerebral-cardio vascular diseases and created life tables with all causes of death and with eliminating causes of cerebral-cardio vascular diseases death to analyze life expectancy with and without them examined. Results The crude mortality rate of cerebral-cardio vascular diseases was 216.10/100 000（standardized rate 162.68/100 000）in Zhejiang Province in 2016. The mortality of cerebral-cardio vascular diseases was increased with age（P<0.05）. The crude and standardized mortality rate of cerebral-cardio vascular diseases，such as heart disease and cerebrovascular diseases，residents in the rural areas are higher than residents in urban and males are higher than females，respectively. Life expectancy was 78.40 years，and the males and females were 76.28 years and 80.79 years，respectively. After eliminating the causes of cerebral-cardio vascular diseases，life expectancy increased 3.34 years，for eliminating the causes of heart disease and cerebrovascular diseases，life expectancy increased 1.11 years for male and 1.60 years for female，respectively. Conclusion Rural residents and male have high risk of death from cerebral-cardio vascular diseases，and there are great influence on life expectancy，especially for cerebrovascular diseases.
