新昌县小微企业重点人群职业健康素养调查

Occupational health literacy among key populations of small and micro enterprises in Xinchang County

摘要 目的 了解浙江省新昌县小微企业职业健康素养(OHL)水平及其影响因素,为制定针对性的职业健康管理措施提供依据。方法 于2024年10月,采用两阶段随机抽样方法抽取新昌县小微企业重点人群为调查对象,采用《全国重点人群职业健康素养监测调查个人问卷》调查劳动者的人口学信息、工作信息和OHL,分析OHL水平。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析OHL的影响因素。结果 发放问卷1 500份,回收有效问卷1 397份,问卷回收率为93.13%。男性865人,占61.92%,女性532人,占38.08%。年龄为(36.54±12.77)岁。具备OHL 671人,OHL总体水平为48.03%;其中职业健康保护基本知识、健康工作方式和行为、职业健康法律知识和职业健康保护基本技能4个维度素养水平分别为61.35%、59.63%、49.61%和21.26%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,高中/职高/中专及以上文化程度(高中/职高/中专,OR=2.080,95%CI:1.483~2.917;大专,OR=2.207,95%CI:1.567~3.109;本科及以上,OR=2.045,95%CI:1.389~3.012)、金属制品业(OR=1.412,95%CI:1.061~1.880)、民营企业(OR=2.294,95%CI:1.636~3.215)、工龄2~<6年(OR=1.416,95%CI:1.029~1.949)、每周工作时长>40~48 h(OR=1.646,95%CI:1.241~2.184)或>54 h(OR=1.498,95%CI:1.059~2.121)的劳动者具备OHL可能性更高。结论 新昌县小微企业重点人群OHL总体水平偏低,其中职业健康保护基本技能素养相对薄弱;文化程度、企业行业、企业性质、工龄和每周工作时长是OHL的影响因素。

AbstractObjective To investigate the level of occupational health literacy (OHL) and its influencing factors among key populations of small and micro enterprises in Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province, so as to provide basis for developing targeted occupational health management measures. Methods In October 2024, key populations of small and micro enterprises in Xinchang County were selected as survey subjects by two-stage random sampling method. Demographic information, work-related information, and OHL information were collected through the National Key Population Occupational Health Literacy Monitoring Survey Individual Questionnaire, and the OHL level was analyzed. Multivariable logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for the level of OHL. Results A total of 1 500 questionnaires were distributed, and 1 397 valid ones were collected, with a response rate of 93.13%. Among the respondents, 865 (61.92%) were male and 532 (38.08%) were female, the mean age of the participants was (36.54±12.77) years. A total of 671 participants were classified as having OHL, with an overall OHL level of 48.03%. The literacy levels of the four dimensions: basic knowledge of occupational health protection, healthy work styles and behaviors, occupational health legal knowledge, and basic skills of occupational health protection were 61.35%, 59.63%, 49.61%, and 21.26%, respectively. Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that education level of high school/vocational high school/technical secondary school or above (high school/vocational high school/technical secondary school, OR=2.080, 95%CI: 1.483-2.917; junior college, OR=2.207, 95%CI: 1.567-3.109; bachelor degree or above, OR=2.045, 95%CI: 1.389-3.012), metal products industry (OR=1.412, 95%CI: 1.061-1.880), private enterprises (OR=2.294, 95%CI: 1.636-3.215), working years of 2-<6 years (OR=1.416, 95%CI: 1.029-1.949), weekly working hours of >40-48 h (OR=1.646, 95%CI: 1.241-2.184) or >54 h (OR=1.498, 95%CI: 1.059-2.121) were more likely to have higher OHL levels. Conclusions The overall OHL level among key populations of small and micro enterprises in Xinchang County is relatively low, with basic skills of occupational health protection being the vulnerable dimension. Educational level, enterprise industry, enterprise type, working years, and weekly working hours were identified as influencing factors of OHL level.
