摘要 浙江省衢州市常山县是历史上血吸虫病危害最严重的县之一。1952年以来,常山县坚持“预防为主、防治结合、分类指导、统筹推进、综合治理、目标管理”的血吸虫病防治工作方针,采取查灭螺、查治病、环境改造、管水、管粪等综合治理措施,于2016年达到血吸虫病消除目标。本文收集衢州市和常山县血吸虫病防治档案资料,回顾常山县1952—2024年血吸虫病综合治理工作,总结经验,为保持和巩固血吸虫病消除状态,提出加强流动人口监测,落实乡村属地查灭螺责任,健全血吸虫病综合治理体系,重视血吸虫病监测预警和防控技能研究,提升风险防范能力等血吸虫病防治建议。

Abstract:Changshan County of Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province was once one of the counties most severely affected by schistosomiasis. Since 1952, Changshan County adhered to the schistosomiasis prevention and control policy of " focusing on prevention, combining prevention and treatment, classifying guidance, coordinating advancement, comprehensive control, and target management ", comprehensively implemented control measures such as snail surveys and eradication, disease investigation and treatment, environmental transformation, water management, and feces management, and achieved the goal of schistosomiasis elimination in 2016. This article collected the schistosomiasis prevention and control archival materials of Quzhou City and Changshan County, reviewed the schistosomiasis comprehensive control work in Changshan County from 1952 to 2024, summarized experiences and proposed suggestions to maintain and consolidate the elimination status. These suggestions included strengthening the surveillance of float population, implementing the snail survey and eradication responsibilities of rural areas, improving the comprehensive control system of schistosomiasis, attaching importance to the research of schistosomiasis monitoring as well as control skills, and enhancing the ability to prevent against risks.
