摘要 精神分裂症是一种常见的严重精神障碍,发病受到基因和环境因素的共同影响。现有研究发现大气颗粒物与精神分裂症间存在相关性,其中细颗粒物(PM2.5)和可吸入颗粒物(PM10)短期暴露对精神分裂症可能存在滞后效应和累积效应。本文收集国内外相关研究文献,对PM2.5、PM10暴露与精神分裂症发病相关性进行综述,为精神分裂症防制提供依据。

Abstract:Schizophrenia is a common serious mental disorder, and genetic and environmental factors jointly contribute to the pathogenesis of schizophrenia. A correlation has been found between atmospheric particulate matter and the risk of schizophrenia, and short-term exposure to fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and inhalable particulate matter (PM10) may pose lagged and cumulative effects on the development of schizophrenia. Based on review of national and international publications, this review summarizes the associations between exposure to PM2.5 and PM10 and the risk of schizophrenia, so as to provide insights into the management of schizophrenia.
