摘要 孕期体重增加(GWG)是评估孕妇及胎儿健康和营养状况的重要指标。孕前BMI值过高、不合理饮食、缺乏运动、社会心理及行为、环境污染物暴露、炎症因子和遗传因素等均可能导致孕妇GWG异常,影响妊娠结局及母婴健康。本文对近年来国内外有关GWG影响因素研究文献进行综述,为制定合理的孕期体重管理办法,有效开展健康干预提供依据。

Abstract:Gestational weight gain ( GWG ) is an important indicator to assess the health and nutritional status of pregnant women and their fetuses. High body mass index before pregnancy, unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, social psychology and behaviors, exposure to environmental pollutants, inflammatory factors as well as genetic factors can lead to unreasonable GWG, which will further affect the pregnancy outcomes and maternal and child health. This paper reviews the influencing factors for GWG in recent years, so as to provide reference for the development of reasonable weight management measures and effective intervention for pregnant women.
