2016—2024年丽水市居民健康素养分析

摘要 目的 分析2016—2024年浙江省丽水市居民健康素养具备率及变化趋势,为完善健康促进策略和干预措施提供依据。方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样结合人口规模成比例抽样方法抽取丽水市15~69岁常住居民为调查对象,通过问卷调查收集人口学信息和健康素养具备情况;分析健康素养具备率,2016—2019年和2020—2024年分别采用2010年第六次和2020年第七次全国人口普查丽水市人口资料进行标化,分析2016—2024年健康素养具备率变化趋势。结果 调查42 691人,男性20 509人,占48.04%;女性22 182人,占51.96%。年龄为(51.63±12.13)岁。2016—2024年居民健康素养具备率分别为20.40%、25.83%、26.96%、28.82%、32.30%、34.02%、37.53%、39.21%和43.17%,呈上升趋势(P<0.05)。3个方面中,基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能素养具备率呈上升趋势(均P<0.05),其中基本知识和理念增幅最大,基本技能增幅最小。6类健康问题中,科学健康观、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗和健康信息素养具备率呈上升趋势,传染病防治素养具备率呈下降趋势(均P<0.05)。65~69岁组、文盲/半文盲文化程度居民和农民健康素养具备率呈上升趋势(均P<0.05),但增幅较小,处于低位。结论 2016—2024年丽水市居民健康素养具备率总体呈上升趋势,但基本技能素养具备率增长较缓,传染病防治素养具备率呈下降趋势;需重点加强老年人、低文化程度居民和农民薄弱环节和知识的健康教育,提升健康素养水平。

AbstractObjective To analyze the health literacy possession rate and its trend among residents in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province from 2016 to 2024, so as to provide the evidence for improving health promotion strategies and intervention measures. Methods Multi-stage stratified random sampling combined with probability proportionate to size sampling method was adopted to select permanent residents aged 15-69 years in Lishui City as survey subjects. Demographic information and health literacy possession status were collected through questionnaire survey. The health literacy possession rate was calculated. The data from 2016 to 2019 and from 2020 to 2024 were standardized using the population data of Lishui City from the Sixth National Population Census in 2010 and the Seventh National Population Census in 2020, respectively. The trend of health literacy possession rate from 2016 to 2024 was analyzed. Results A total of 42 691 people were surveyed, including 20 509 males (48.04%) and 22 182 females (51.96%), with an average age of (51.63±12.13) years. From 2016 to 2024, the health literacy possession rates were 20.40%, 25.83%, 26.96%, 28.82%, 32.30%, 34.02%, 37.53%, 39.21% and 43.17%, respectively, showing an upward trend (P<0.05). Among the three aspects, the possession rates of basic knowledge and concepts, healthy lifestyle and behaviors, and basic skills all showed upward trends (all P<0.05), with basic knowledge and concepts showing the largest increase and basic skills showing the smallest increase. Among the six health issues, the possession rates of scientific health view, chronic disease prevention and control, safety and first aid, basic medical care, and health information showed upward trends, while the infectious disease prevention and control literacy possession rate showed a downward trend (all P<0.05). The possession rates in the 65-69 age group, illiterate/semi-literate residents, and farmers showed upward trends (all P<0.05), but with small increases and remaining at low levels. Conclusions From 2016 to 2024, the health literacy possession rate of residents in Lishui City showed an overall upward trend, but the increase in basic skills literacy possession rate was relatively slow, and the infectious disease prevention and control literacy possession rate showed a downward trend. It is necessary to strengthen health education for weak links and knowledge among elderly people, residents with low educational level, and farmers to improve health literacy level.
