噪声性耳聋动物模型研究

摘要 随着我国工业化进程加快,生产性噪声造成的听力损伤问题日益突出,生产性噪声已成为仅次于老年性耳聋的第二大致聋因素。噪声性耳聋动物模型的建立对探究噪声性耳聋的发病机制和防治方法具有重要意义。本文对噪声性耳聋动物模型研究,包括模型动物和噪声条件的选择、模型鉴定的检测指标等方面进行综述,为建立合理的噪声性耳聋动物模型提供参考。
