不同饮食结构对2型糖尿病影响的研究进展

摘要 糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,其中2型糖尿病患者约占糖尿病患者总数的90%。饮食因素在2型糖尿病的发生发展中起重要作用。近年来,营养流行病学的研究重点从饮食因素中某种单一成分转向饮食结构,以分析饮食因素中多种成分之间的相互作用。本文对常见饮食结构(地中海饮食、西方饮食、东方饮食)和新兴饮食结构(DASH饮食、素食饮食、北欧饮食)与2型糖尿病之间的关系进行综述。
