摘要 高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)已被公认为是心脑血管疾病的危险因子,参与疾病的发生发展。近年研究发现同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平升高与复发性流产、妊娠高血压和妊娠糖尿病等妊娠相关疾病的发生发展及辅助生殖技术成功率关系密切,并作为其可控因素受到关注。本文对Hcy与妊娠相关疾病的相关研究进行综述,为Hcy致病机制研究和妊娠期疾病防治提供依据。

Abstract:Hyperhomocysteinemia has been recognized as a risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which is involved in the occurrence and development of the diseases. It has been found recently that the increase of homocysteine is closely related to recurrent pregnancy loss,gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes mellitus and the success rate of assisted reproductive technology. Homocysteine is concerned as a controllable factor for pregnancy-associated diseases. This article reviews the studies into the relationship between homocysteine and pregnancy-associated diseases,so as to provide evidence for future research on pathogenesis and prognosis of pregnancy-associated diseases.
