重金属胸腺毒性及其作用机制的研究进展

摘要 胸腺是重要的内分泌器官和免疫中枢,对维持机体内分泌和免疫功能具有重要作用。胸腺对外界刺激敏感,化学毒物、微生物感染和电离辐射等多种因素均能导致胸腺损伤,进而引发胸腺病理性萎缩。随着工业的快速发展,重金属已成为重要的环境污染物之一,对健康的危害受到广泛关注。本文对具有明显胸腺毒性的镉、铅、汞、锡、铜、镍和六价铬等重金属或其化合物引起胸腺损伤的表现形式及作用机制研究进行综述,为重金属免疫毒性的防治提供参考。
